Click for Live Online SupportYou may return certain products under the following terms, and ColorLogics.com or the MANUFACTURER will refund the original purchase price, LESS a return processing fee. ColorLogics.com NOR THE MANUFACTURER WILL REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES. CUSTOMER MUST PAY SHIPPING FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
To obtain a credit for a return item, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number and return the item, accompanied by the return authorization number, to the facility designated by ColorLogics.com or the MANUFACTURER within thirty (30) days of ColorLogics.com's shipment of the item to you.
A return-processing (restocking) fee of 15% will be subtracted from your refund. After thirty (30) days, products can be returned only for replacement or repair, no refunds. Certain items, if opened, are not covered by this return policy. Items not covered include any products that were incorrectly ordered and opened by the customer. THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY.
To request a RA (Return Authorization) number, send an email to ColorLogics.com Customer Service at support@colorlogics.com along with your Name, Order Number, Item Number, and Reasons for Return. Return the merchandise, along with the RA number, to the attention of ColorLogics.com Customer Service at the address specified on the RA email. RA numbers are valid for 10 (ten) business days after issue. Your RA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box. Please do not mark the box itself in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet return requirements.
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion,
within 30 days from receipt. For assistance with manufacturer warranted
merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly.
